The Customer Portal, based on the ITIL model, is a secured web interface that is available 24/7 and designed to optimise and simplify the operational management of our customers’ IT environments.
In just a few clicks, you can access a full range of service requests:

- booking meeting rooms
- access requests
- delivery of parcels
- electrical connections
- interconnection services (cross connect)
- declaration and real-time monitoring of incidents
This tool also has a document space in which we exchange documents and operational procedures with our customers.
