Olivier MICHELI
Chief Executive Officer

OLIVIER MICHELI

Olivier Micheli was appointed CEO of DATA4 Group in November 2014.

He won the “First 100 days” prize awarded by KPMG and EIM in partnership with the French magazine Les Echos, in recognition of directors that have successfully managed the key period of the first 100 days.

In June 2016, Olivier Micheli took over as chair of France Datacenter, a professional association bringing together all data center stakeholders in France, aimed at promoting the sector as a pillar of the digital economy.

Olivier Micheli previously held the position of Consultancy Department Director for nine years at Easynet Global Services for EMEA, Pacific Asia and North America. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director France of the leading international telecommunications company NTT and was a member of its Europe Management Committee.

Olivier Micheli holds an engineering degree in telecommunications and an MBA from HEC Paris.

He also sits on three Management Boards, namely the Paris-Saclay Development Board, Qarnot Computing and Pierre et Marie Curie University (UPMC) as an outside board member.

Adam LEVINE
Chief Commercial Officer

Adam Levine has 18 years of experience at the highest levels in the domain of IT hosting.

He began his career in the real estate sector with HRO before specialising in the IT hosting sector with such major industry groups as CBRE.

In 2007, Adam Levine was appointed VP Sales, then VP Business Development and Strategic Alliances (EMEA), at Digital Realty Trust, a global operator of Data Center solutions, where he worked for 7 years in direct collaboration with major IT and telecommunications sector players such as IBM, Atos Origin, Capgemini, Equinix and Orange Business Services.

Adam Levine joined DATA4 as Group Chief Commercial Officer in 2014, in charge of the group’s organic growth as well as new market development strategy.

Marie CHABANON
Chief Technical Officer

Marie Chabanon has been Data4 Group’s CTO since January 2018.

After 20 years of experience in international companies such as Socotec International, Starbucks Coffee or GL Events, she brings to Data4 Group her expertise in the fields of large-scale project management.

Prior to joining the group, Marie Chabanon also held the positions of Senior Consultant and then Market Manager for Southern France at APL, a consulting and engineering firm specialized in the design and construction of data centers. She was a member of APL’s Executive Committee in charge of strategy.

At Data4 Group, Marie Chabanon orchestrates the design and construction of data centers throughout the Group’s platform.  As a member of the Executive Committee, she participates in development projects and is also a sponsor of the “Data4Good” sustainable development program.

She is a signatory of the Women’s Forum for Economy and Society’s Charter for the fight against climate change, and campaigns for the development of women’s leadership in the technical professions.

Marie Chabanon holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon as well as an Executive MBA in Management and Business Administration from the EMLYON business school.

Claire Vandromme
Chief Financial Officer

Claire Vandromme, CFO of Data4 Group, has been appointed to lead the implementation of the financing policies to support the growth strategy, with extensive experience in this area. Over the last 5 years, Claire has managed 2 billion of financing ranging from mortgage loans to corporate facilities or EuroPP bonds to implement development and project financing activities.

With over 20 years of financial management in the real estate industry – most recently at Apsys, where she held the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer for over 10 years, and first at ING Real Estate Investment Management – Claire has recognized expertise in finance. During her career, she was a financial auditor at E&Y and, before that, a Chartered Accountant for the strategic consulting firm PwC.

Greg McCulloch
Chief Development Officer

Greg McCulloch joined Data4 Group in February 2022 as Chief Development Officer (CDO).

Before joining Data4, Greg was Director of Infrastructure at Brookfield Asset Management. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with companies such as DigiPlex where Greg served as Chief Operating Officer and prior to that, he was Managing Director of Interxion UK, responsible for the growth and expansion of its UK operations. Earlier in his career, Greg held several sales roles with companies including Sentrum (later acquired by DRT), Global Switch, and Telehouse Europe.

Greg will lead Data4’s development projects in new and existing markets across Europe. Greg will lead the Group’s overall development strategy, identifying new property transactions and/or new M&A opportunities to accompany the Company as it grows.

François Sterin
Chief Operating Officer

François Sterin has over 20 years’ experience in IT and telecoms infrastructures, on an international scale. After starting out at Orange, he joined Google in 2004 for a 13-year journey that began at the company’s California headquarters, then moved on to London and Paris. As Global Infrastructure Director, Francois contributed to the fast-paced development of Google’s datacenters, networks and energy procurement. He then joined OVH as EVP, Chief Industrial Officer, where he was also responsible for the company’s environmental roadmap. In December 2022, he decided to join Data4 as Chief Operating Officer. In charge of all group operations, he is responsible for quality and customer satisfaction, as well as supporting the group’s organizational structure to meet its high-growth ambitions and sustainable development program.

During his various experiences, François has also been at the forefront of PPA in Europe, combining the selection of large sites for data centers with a focus on renewable energies and innovative energy efficiency.

François Sterin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (2000) and ENSTA Paris (2002).
