Olivier Micheli
CEO
Olivier Micheli has been CEO of Data4 since 2014. He works to make the company a leader in the European data center sector.
Olivier Micheli previously held the position of Consultancy Department Director at Easynet Global Services for EMEA, Pacific Asia and North America. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director France of the leading international telecommunications company NTT and was a member of its Europe Management Committee. Olivier Micheli holds an engineering degree in telecommunications and an MBA from HEC Paris.
In June 2016, he became president of France Datacenter, the trade association for the sector. The association’s mission is to promote and develop the ecosystem as a pillar of the digital economy.
Adam Levine
Chief Commercial Officer
Adam Levine has 20 years of experience in the data center industry.
He joined Data4 as Chief Commercial Officer in 2014. He is responsible for the group’s organic growth and the commercial strategy for developing new markets.
François Sterin
Chief Operating Officer
François Sterin joined Data4 in December 2022 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has over 20 years of experience in digital infrastructure, data centers, and networks for hyperscalers and cloud providers. As a member of the executive committee, he oversees operations across the entire platform in Europe.
Alexander Oyaert
Chief Investment Officer
Alexander Oyaert is in charge of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing activities for Data4. Formerly Chief of Staff to the CEO, he joined the company in September 2023. A graduate in finance and engineering, he has worked in major financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Brookfield Asset Management, where he was Vice President in the Infrastructure division.
Jérôme Totel
Chief Strategy Officer
Graduated from ENST, Jérôme Totel has over 25 years of experience in the digital sector, with recognized expertise in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and data centers. He has held various positions at Cisco Systems, LDCOM, NTT, and Interoute, serving in both technical and commercial leadership roles. He joined Data4 in 2015, after having led NTT’s operations in France.
As Chief Strategy Officer, he defines the group’s strategic direction and oversees cross-functional programs supported by a multidisciplinary team covering market analysis, communication, marketing, public affairs, transformation, and sustainable innovation.
He also manages CSR policy through the Data4Good program.
Country directors
Alexandre Delaval
Country Director - France
Alexandre Delaval joined the company in 2016 as VP Sales and he has been appointed Country Director for France in January 2020. His mission: fostering relations with clients and prospects, guaranteeing operational service excellence and also dealing with a large ecosystem of elected representatives and key stakeholders in France. He also oversees the growth strategy and commercial development of the Data4 French campuses including: construction, recruitment, energy sourcing, sustainable environment and safety.
Adam Ponichtera
Country Director - Poland
Adam Ponichtera is Country Director for Poland. He is responsible for implementing investments, ensuring campus continuity, and Data4’s business development in Poland.
Davide Suppia
Country Director - Italy
Davide Suppia is Country Director for Italy. He manages the two campuses near Milan, MIL01 and MIL02. He is also involved in expanding the client portfolio, fostering and developing established relationships. He is also a founding member of IDA, the Italian Datacenter Association, which brings together all the players in the ecosystem.
Francisco Ramírez
Country Director - Spain
Francisco Ramírez, Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, has over 20 years of experience in operations and leadership roles at TIFSA and Colt Technologies. He joined Data4 in 2020 as Operations Director and was appointed Country Director for Spain in December 2024. Francisco aims to expand Data4’s presence, positioning Spain as a key data hub for Southern Europe. He also serves as a Senior Instructor at the DCD Academy.
