Olivier Micheli, CEO
Olivier Micheli was appointed CEO of DATA4 Group in November 2014.
He won the “First 100 days” prize awarded by KPMG and EIM in partnership with the French magazine Les Echos, in recognition of directors that have successfully managed the key period of the first 100 days.
In June 2016, Olivier Micheli took over as chair of France Datacenter, a professional association bringing together all data center stakeholders in France, aimed at promoting the sector as a pillar of the digital economy.
Olivier Micheli previously held the position of Consultancy Department Director for nine years at Easynet Global Services for EMEA, Pacific Asia and North America. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director France of the leading international telecommunications company NTT and was a member of its Europe Management Committee.
Olivier Micheli holds an engineering degree in telecommunications and an MBA from HEC Paris.
He also sits on three Management Boards, namely the Paris-Saclay Development Board, Qarnot Computing and Pierre et Marie Curie University (UPMC) as an outside board member.
Adam Levine, Chief Commercial Officer
Adam Levine has 16 years of experience at the highest levels in the domain of IT hosting.
He began his career in the real estate sector with HRO before specialising in the IT hosting sector with such major industry groups as CBRE.
In 2007, Adam Levine was appointed VP Sales, then VP Business Development and Strategic Alliances (EMEA), at Digital Realty Trust, a global operator of Data Center solutions, where he worked for 7 years in direct collaboration with major IT and telecommunications sector players such as IBM, Atos Origin, Capgemini, Equinix and France Telecom.
Adam Levine joined DATA4 as Group Chief Commercial Officer in 2014, in charge of new markets development strategy as well as the group’s organic growth.
Dharman Sury, Chief Financial Officer
Dharman Sury brings with him 19 years of experience in technology, media, telecoms and in high-growth emerging markets.
He began his career as a senior civil servant with the French Treasury, managing France’s sovereign lending to emerging countries, and moved on to design and implement national research and innovation policies in his capacity as a ministerial aid. He joined Orange and led the corporate M&A team in APAC, instigating investment opportunities upwards of one billion dollars and managing a tech start-up in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Dharman spent the last four years at the forefront of the digital transformation with Orange Business Services, as their head of international sales.
Dharman Sury was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer for DATA4 in November 2015, with a mandate to structure the Group’s financing in line with its strategic plans for organic and external growth.
Christian Colas, Financial and Human Resources Director
Christian Colas has 33 years of experience in the finance, human resources and management consulting domains.
A graduate of HEC, Christian Colas spent 10 years working with the L’Oréal group’s finance department, before joining the general direction of Grand Vision, a European leader in optical services, where he participated in the creation of the Solaris and Générale d’Optique brands, as well as the opening of a large number of European affiliates.
Christian Colas joined DATA4 in 2014 as human resources director and financial officer.
Jacques Durand, Chief Technical Advisor
Jacques Durand has enjoyed a 40-year career in the world of telecommunications.
Having graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers in Paris, Jacques Durand worked as an engineer on behalf of large, specialised telecommunications companies, such as Thomson CSF, before joining Alcatel Alstom in 2005, where he served as CIO for multiple affiliates. In this way he led the restructuring of the Alcatel-Lucent Data Centers and participated in the creation of DATA4 with the first building development at the Paris-Marcoussis site.
Jacques Durand is DATA4’s Chief Technical Advisor. He brings to the Group his Data Center expertise at the operational management and design levels.
