Marion Enjolras joins DATA4 Group as Director of Human Resources

DATA4, a French and European operator and investor on the data center market, announces the appointment of Marion Enjolras as Director of Human Resources.

Having spent more than 15 years in the human resources sector, Marion Enjolras has a solid track record and international experience. Her main role will be attracting and developing talents as well as encouraging loyalty in the growing DATA4 Group, throughout the 5 countries it operates in – France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg and Poland.

After beginning her career with consultancy firms and recruitment agencies, Marion Enjolras joined Sopra Group’s recruitment team in 2004. In 2006, she moved to Avanade, the result of a Microsoft and Accenture joint venture. She was Talent Acquisition Manager for France and Belgium for almost 6 years, and helped develop the team by tripling employee numbers. She then spent almost 7 years as Senior HR Business Partner for SAP and the AstraZeneca pharmaceutical group. At AstraZeneca she was also responsible for talent management, then pay and benefits. In January 2020, she became Director of Human Resources for Fretlink, a start-up that connects industrial shippers with the biggest network of regional transporters in Europe.

Marion Enjolras has a postgraduate diploma in economy and foreign languages from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
