Transformation Director
ABOUT THE ROLE
Data4 is accelerating its corporate structuration efforts to achieve its ambitious growth. The company continuously develops and adapts organizations, processes, and tools to deliver these ambitions efficiently and in a scalable way. This transformation, driven by processes, data management, digital transformation, change management, and key strategic programs, is managed under the Data4 Industry program. The Transformation Director will lead this program, defining, deploying, and measuring the projects required for its success. This role is both highly strategic and operational.
Responsibilities
- Design, drive, and lead Data4’s transformation programs with a strong focus on “industrialization”, including governance, budget, and staffing.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery, through a clear and compelling vision of change, fostering a robust program and project management culture.
- Drive cultural change within the organization to embrace new ways of working.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Review company processes to identify gaps, propose improvements and a “scaling” roadmap. Ensure process consistency across countries and promote effective execution.
- Accelerate digitalization in partnership with business units and the IT department and propose gradual AI deployment to optimize mature processes and tasks.
- Sponsor the Master Data Management (MDM) program to deliver unified data referential programs across all departments (sales, finance, assets, operations, HR).
- Foster a data-driven culture based on data quality, exhaustivity, and accessibility.
- Encourage cross-department collaboration with business process owners and transformation champions to define and execute data and digital transformation initiatives.
- Propose and ensure consistent project management methodologies across key transversal programs.
- Define, record, and follow best practices for continuous improvements and handovers between business units.
- Promote collaboration between transversal departments like IT, QHSE, and functional departments (finance, sales, design and construction, operations). Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments.
- Act as the PMO leader for the group, managing complex and transversal projects. Manage and mentor the PMO team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in an international environment managing transversal projects and processes.
- Experience with change management and quality management.
- Senior-level experience in a complex environment, managing multiple transformation projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale transformational change and conveying a compelling vision of change.
- Experience in strategically aligning financial resources with people, ICT, and other assets to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Experience in high-growth environments, or datacenters, or manufacturing, or lean management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
