ABOUT THE ROLE
- Role contributing to overall sales department success by assisting D4 sales team on task such as:
o Documents preparation
o CRM update
o Verification of data accuracy
o Producing reports
o Support the organization of sales team meetings and travelling arrangements
o Other administrative tasks as assigned by CRM Sales Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting sales team on completion of administrative tasks such as preparation of various external and internal documents, update of CRM records
- Ensuring accuracy of sales records, documentation, CRM data
- Participating in the preparation of sales presentations and reports
- Ensuring that the end – to – end Sales process is well followed
- Preparing and organizing logistics for various professional events (maintaining schedule, organize meetings, arrange travel, prepare presentations etc. for sales team)
- Organizing internal on-site and off-site events
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks that contribute to overall sales department success
RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS
Education and experience
- Has a background in administrative support or sales coordination roles, ideally in a B2B setting
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
Technical skills
- Experience in Salesforce will be an advantage (optionally other CRM)
- Microsoft Office Package knowledge is a must (Outlook – proficient, Excel – basic)
