In close coordination with the Legal and Procurement departments, they support Project Managers in contract negotiations, administration, and risk mitigation throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.<\/p>\n<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<h3>Contract Management Framework<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and maintain standard procedures and best practices for contract management within the Construction Department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contract compliance and alignment with Data4\u2019s internal processes and stakeholder expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of contractual discipline and risk awareness among construction teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Support &amp; Contract Administration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Project Managers during contract drafting, execution, and negotiation phases in coordination with Legal and Procurement teams.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in reviewing key contractual documents such as EPC, GC, and subcontractor agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accurate tracking and execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk &amp; Claims Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, assess, and help mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Manage claims and variation orders in collaboration with relevant departments.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving disputes in line with contractual obligations and legal advice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Process &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster continuous improvement of contract management tools, templates, and workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Organize training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen contract management capabilities within the project teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &amp; Documentation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide clear and regular reporting to the Head of Construction and Legal Department regarding contract status, risks, and key issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and archiving of contractual communications and amendments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>PROFILE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>7\u201310 years of contract management experience in construction\/infrastructure, ideally in international settings.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or similar contracts; multidisciplinary and matrix team experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and negotiation practices.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English; French is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in MS Office; experience with tools like Aconex or Procore is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, with a collaborative and solution-driven mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/186?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-32687","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Contract Manager - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/pl\/?post_type=job_listing&p=32687\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"pl_PL\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Contract Manager - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"MAIN MISSION Within the Construction Department and reporting to the Head of Construction, the\u00a0Contract Manager\u00a0plays a key role in supporting the project teams in the management of major construction contracts related to the development of Data4 data centers across Europe.
