The role will be pivotal in interfacing with the Country Heads of Finance and the Heads of Corporate departments, ensuring a seamless flow of financial information and insights across the Group. The FP&amp;A Manager insights will directly impact our decision-making process and guide the company towards profitable growth.<\/p>\n<p>The Group FP&amp;A Manager Operations reports to the Head of Controlling and will manage an FP&amp;A Senior Analyst.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<p>As an FP&amp;A Manager, your responsibilities will consist of managing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining, strengthening and ensuring implementation of best practices across the Group:\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring consistency of processes for (purchase orders, initiation, approval, analytical codes, controlling of allocations).<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the Country Heads of Finance and the Codir Members to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Implement, improve and industrialize controlling processes for opex<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance analysis:\n<ul>\n<li>Financial statements analysis (P&amp;L, net income, overdues, account payables, VAT indicators, working capital etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting variance analysis and suggesting corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Improve and update KPIs dashboards for operational teams to support their activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Forecasting \/ Business Planning:\n<ul>\n<li>Running the yearly Budget process and related SOX controls, and quarterly reforecasts<\/li>\n<li>Providing inputs for the yearly Business Plan update<\/li>\n<li>Providing data-driven insights to guide the Group&#8217;s decisions<\/li>\n<li>Monthly follow-up of risks and opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting:\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly business reviews internally and for shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly Board Presentations<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly Consolidated accounts, and related SOX controls<\/li>\n<li>Several perimeters to run (different investors and lenders)<\/li>\n<li>Managing an FP&amp;A Senior Analyst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 10+ years in financial controlling or audit with proven expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficient in Excel, PowerBI; Sage\/Yooz knowledge is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Language: Fluent in English and French.<\/li>\n<li>Finance Expertise: Solid background in financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
