The Head of Finance Spain will be responsible for structuring, managing, and consolidating the financial operations of the Spanish entities to ensure the robust development of Data4\u2019s activities in Spain.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>\u00a0Accounting for Spain<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and manage one single senior accountant to hire.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the quality of accounting entries in the system, covering suppliers, clients, payroll, income, Opex, Capex, and other transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate invoicing and cash collection.<\/li>\n<li>Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closings under local GAAP and IFRS (quarterly consolidation package)<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with Spanish auditors up to the issuance of audit reports (Group audit and local statutory audits).<\/li>\n<li>Lead tax declaration processes with the assistance of external accountants when necessary apply Sox procedures<\/li>\n<li>Organize and ensure timely supplier payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial Control of Spanish Entities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor monthly budget execution (Revenues, Opex, CAPEX) in close interaction with the relevant departments at the headquarters and the campuses.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and oversee the budgeting and reforecasting process in collaboration with the concerned departments.<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly performance analyses, dashboards, and activity reports for the finance department and executive committee.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to optimizing the use of the finance system and participate in automating dashboard production.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and propose optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Approve spending commitments in line with Group policies.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct ad-hoc analyses and studies, particularly supporting the sales department (e.g., customer profitability).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Management of the Finance Team in Spain<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and plan the team\u2019s activities.<\/li>\n<li>Set and monitor individual and collective objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure team members\u2019 skills development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Desired Profile<\/h2>\n<h3>Education and Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance.<\/li>\n<li>Managerial experience leading small teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a Finance &amp; Accounting firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, and best practices in financial control.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting and treasury processes and software.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (French language is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project and team management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>General Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Open-minded.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and responsiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Rigor and methodical approach, detailed oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to synthetise<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/119?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":1,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[560],"job-types":[452],"class_list":{"0":"post-30301","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-expired","4":"hentry","6":"job-type-permanent-contract","7":"job_position_filled"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Senior Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Manager Spain - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/pl\/?post_type=job_listing&p=30301\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"pl_PL\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Senior Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Manager Spain - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Key Responsibilities Reporting to the\u00a0Country Director Spain\u00a0and the\u00a0Chief Financial Officer in Finance.
