They will support management in implementing strategic orientations and managing complex, cross-functional projects.<\/p>\n<p>The PMO Lead is responsible for monitoring and orchestrating the company&#8217;s strategic projects\/programs in order to control the stakes, deadlines, schedules and budgets. The role is both strategic and operational.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of cross-functional strategic projects\/programs<\/li>\n<li>Management of the scoping, study and implementation phases<\/li>\n<li>Leading operational and\/or strategic steering committees<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the various stakeholders and partners involved in the project<\/li>\n<li>Change management for operational teams<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of methodology and &#8222;PMO \/ Strategic Projects&#8221; tools within the department<\/li>\n<li>Risk assessment and escalation if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Performance management and reporting: monitoring KPIs, budget, schedule, progress, risks, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Internal promotion\/communication of strategic projects<\/li>\n<li>Raising awareness and training all D&amp;C teams and partners in the PMO methodology, industrialization, etc., to develop a culture of Lean management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projects in which the PMO Lead could be involved include (but are not limited to) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definition of the Technical Department&#8217;s processes and their deployment across the Platform (Europe) as part of the Data4 Build project.
