RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Accounting of Spanish entities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Organize, manage and hold responsibility for the book-keeping of the accounts in Spanish GaaP (suppliers, customers, payroll, Income, Opex, Capex etc \u2026) in the accounting system<\/li>\n
  • Validate spending commitments and execute payments<\/li>\n
  • Execute accurate customer invoicing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Financial control of the Spanish entities in close interaction with local operational divisions (sales, operations, construction)<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Monthly monitoring of budget execution (Revenues, COGS, Opex, CAPEX)<\/li>\n
    • Execution of budgetary processes (construction in H2, re-forecast at the end of H1)<\/li>\n
    • Monthly production of performance analysis, dashboards and activity report<\/li>\n
    • Active contribution to the optimization of the use of the accounting software, and participation in the automation of the production of dashboards (see previous point)<\/li>\n
    • Production of monthly cash flow projections<\/li>\n
    • Initiatives to optimize cashflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. General Administration of Spain entities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Carrying out analysis and ad-hoc studies, in particular in support of sales management (customer profitability, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • Organization of workflows and corporate governance processes (validation, monitoring, control)<\/li>\n
      • Establishment and control of payroll management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Liaise with the chartered accountants, the external auditors and the Group consolidation structure.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        JOB PROFILE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        1. Initial training required and professional background<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Master Degree in Business Administration (Business School or University)<\/li>\n
        • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting in Spanish GaaP<\/li>\n
        • Further experience in Financial controlling would be an asset<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of consolidation processes and IFRS would be a plus.<\/li>\n
        • Experience in construction\/real estate industry is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          2. Professional and behavioural skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Organized and structured to manage quantitative interactions with multiple interlocutors.<\/li>\n
          • Solid accounting background<\/li>\n
          • Proficient analytical skills<\/li>\n
          • Rigor, accuracy, and sincerity<\/li>\n
          • Independent judgement skills<\/li>\n
          • Demonstrated ability to work in autonomy and with a sense of responsibility and ownership<\/li>\n
          • Good interpersonal skills, easy contact<\/li>\n
          • Very good command of Excel and Powerpoint<\/li>\n
          • Good command of English and Spanish, both oral and written<\/li>\n
          • Proficiency in French would be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
