{"id":33997,"date":"2025-10-23T17:38:16","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T15:38:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=33997"},"modified":"2026-02-01T11:05:22","modified_gmt":"2026-02-01T10:05:22","slug":"fit-out-project-manager-germany-poland","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/it\/?post_type=job_listing&p=33997","title":{"rendered":"Fit out Project Manager Germany \/ Poland"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of the fit-out Team and reporting to Head of Fit Out, the fit-out project manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer fit-out projects are delivered correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of the fit-out of the customers concerned from design, quotations, choice of suppliers and delivery, in line with the customer&#8217;s strategy, desired margins and the quality of service expected by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the customer-facing teams, the main Sales teams, in submitting and obtaining approval for projects.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring the schedule and quality of service throughout the project.<\/li>\n<li>Working in collaboration with the operational and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of the assignment.<\/li>\n<li>The role is based in Frankfurt-Hanau Data4 Campus and will be responsible mainly for the fit-out project in Germany and Poland ( Warsaw ) and potentially involved on other fit out projects in other countries where DATA4 operates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervision of the suppliers and contractors involved in the projects<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up specifications<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up a provisional schedule<\/li>\n<li>Anticipating the cost of any project overruns<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing the health and safety rules with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Managing suppliers access on site.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting project deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and holding customer and customer meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Giving the customer visibility of project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Taking part in projects recurring call meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project delivery deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project work with maintenance operations to avoid duplication of service activities.<\/li>\n<li>Report to Head of Fit Out the status of the projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H&amp;S:\u00a0Respect and enforce health and safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Environment:\u00a0Respect and enforce environmental policies.<\/li>\n<li>Information security:\u00a0Respect and enforce information security policies<\/li>\n<li>Energy:\u00a0Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Education and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 5 years of experience in facility management and construction, with a focus on the data center industry<\/li>\n<li>Master Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, computer networks, safety and security<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate suppliers and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Project management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to listen to customer needs and constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Use of MS Project, Autocad, MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in English and German on daily basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioral skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility and open-mind approach,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to report and report quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Easy to communicate\/exchange with our customers.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and methodological.<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/220?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[643],"class_list":{"0":"post-33997","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-expired","4":"hentry","6":"job-type-permanent-contract"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
