France)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the\u00a0Incident Management process\u00a0is properly implemented and adopted at the French data center(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the\u00a0primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME)\u00a0for Incident Management in France.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the\u00a0alignment of local processes\u00a0with global Incident Management policies and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide\u00a0regular reports\u00a0on process performance, efficiency, and incident resolution outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather and analyze\u00a0data from past incidents\u00a0to identify trends, propose process enhancements, and drive operational excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in\u00a0Incident Management Business Reviews, sharing learnings and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Process Improvement &amp; Compliance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and update\u00a0local policies\u00a0related to Incident Management in coordination with the GPO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the\u00a0compliance\u00a0of incident management procedures with\u00a0ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the\u00a0local Operations Directors\u00a0to implement improvement plans addressing process inefficiencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development and enforcement of\u00a0incident escalation procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide insights on\u00a0industry trends and benchmarking data\u00a0to keep the local process aligned with best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Support &amp;
