{"id":28344,"date":"2024-03-01T11:39:08","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T10:39:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=28344"},"modified":"2024-07-02T00:04:09","modified_gmt":"2024-07-01T22:04:09","slug":"fit-out-manager-italy","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/it\/?post_type=job_listing&p=28344","title":{"rendered":"Construction\/Fit out Project Manager Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of the fit-out Team and reporting to Global Fit Out Manager, the fit-out manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer fit-out projects are delivered correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of the fit-out of the customers concerned from design, quotations, choice of suppliers and delivery, in line with the customer&#8217;s strategy, desired margins and the quality of service expected by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the customer-facing teams, the main Sales teams, in submitting and obtaining approval for projects.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring the schedule and quality of service throughout the project.<\/li>\n<li>Working in collaboration with the operational and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of the assignment.<\/li>\n<li>The role is based in Cornaredo (MI) Data4 Campus and will be responsible mainly for the fit-out project in Italy and potentially involved on other fit out projects in other countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervision of the suppliers and contractor involved in the projects<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up specifications<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up a provisional schedule<\/li>\n<li>Anticipating the cost of any project overruns<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing the health and safety rules with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Managing suppliers access on site.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting project deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and holding customer and customer meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Giving the customer visibility of project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Taking part in projects recurring call meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project delivery deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project work with maintenance operations to avoid duplication of service activities.<\/li>\n<li>Report to Global Fit Out Manager the status of the projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H&amp;S:\u00a0Respect and enforce health and safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Environment:\u00a0Respect and enforce environmental policies.<\/li>\n<li>Information security:\u00a0Respect and enforce information security policies<\/li>\n<li>Energy:\u00a0Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<h3>Education and experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 5 years&#8217;
