Safety Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h2>\n<p>They are responsible of the definition then the implementation of the Data4 H&amp;S policy &amp; program at group level in relation with all relevant stakeholders to develop a real H&amp;S culture, to meet the Data4\u2019s H&amp;S objectives in compliance with all applicable regulations &amp; within the framework of a continuous improvement process.<\/p>\n<p>They work especially &amp; closely with customers &amp; shareholders to meet their H&amp;S expectations.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<h3>Governance:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define &amp; communicate the H&amp;S policy &amp; objectives to be achieved in order to meet Data4\u2019s expectations as well as the expectations of our shareholders &amp; customers while complying with all legal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Define &amp; communicate the H&amp;S yearly program which allows us to implement the H&amp;S policy by involving &amp; coordinating all the stakeholders: Data4 employees, in particular \u201cConstruction, Fit Out &amp; OPS&#8221; teams, H&amp;S third party, contractors &amp; customers.<\/li>\n<li>Define an appropriate H&amp;S organization &amp; propose any necessary changes to enable Data4 to achieve our objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Define needs in terms of human resources, formalize job descriptions, &amp; participate to new H&amp;S workforce recruitment in conjunction with the HR department &amp; relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Data4 Head of QHSE &amp; Sustainable Development on the implementation of the H&amp;S policy &amp; program then alert him, if necessary, to any difficulties encountered in order to identify the solutions to be implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Field:<\/h3>\n<p>Manage Data4&#8217;s H&amp;S managers &amp; supervise the management of H&amp;S Third Parties.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the correct implementation of the H&amp;S program.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the H&amp;S program as part of a continuous improvement process regarding processes, procedures, awareness, meetings, reports, KPIs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly monitor the implementation of all H&amp;S action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out H&amp;S audits whenever necessary to keep in touch with the field and ask for relevant action plans implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Customers &amp; shareholders:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for H&amp;S matters regarding customers &amp; shareholders.<\/li>\n<li>Define &amp; implement the best organization and processes to meet customers &amp; shareholders expectations in accordance with Data4&#8217;s H&amp;S policy &amp; program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Administrative:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the H&amp;S regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance with all H&amp;S regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the proper maintenance &amp; deployment of the IMS about the ISO 45001 standard.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the management of the H&amp;S reports &amp; KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the management of the H&amp;S database to ensure the proper organization, availability, relevance &amp; completeness of all necessary H&amp;S documents.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in construction &amp; review of the annual H&amp;S budget then follow up its implementation (OPEX &amp; CAPEX).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H&amp;S:\u00a0Respect and enforce health and safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Environment:\u00a0Respect and enforce environmental policies.<\/li>\n<li>Information security:\u00a0Respect and enforce information security policies<\/li>\n<li>Energy:\u00a0Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<h3>Education and experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineer profile or equivalent Bac + 5.<\/li>\n<li>H&amp;S training.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years\u2019 experience in managing an H&amp;S approach on a site where various technical activities related to the management of industrial buildings with coactivity between several companies take place, ideally in the data center industry.<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years\u2019 experience in managing a H&amp;S team in several countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to identify, understand &amp; implement the mandatory requirements &amp; the recommendations of external organizations regarding H&amp;S.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; practice of H&amp;S audits.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; practice of analysis &amp; continuous improvement tools: FMEA, 5M, cause trees, PDCA, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; practice of the ISO 45001 standard.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of service providers.<\/li>\n<li>English is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Behavioral skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong H&amp;S culture.<\/li>\n<li>Sense of confidentiality, integrity &amp;
