ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h2>\n

Lead the redesign and operational implementation of the Data4 Center of Finance and Accounting Excellence.<\/p>\n

This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across the group. This position is created to:<\/p>\n

– contribute to the transformation of the Finance Department,<\/p>\n

– deploy a Core Model supporting the fast-growing business, in all functions and geographies.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n

Lead Accounting Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Contribute to build the capability and autonomy of local finance teams, reducing reliance on external CPAs<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Contribute to a better understanding of financial data<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Lead the redesign and operational implementation of new accelerated close (Fast Close) processes across all entities<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure Fast Close processes are fully aligned with Consolidation Team workflows<\/p>\n

Group-wide Standardization<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Contribute to implementation of a comprehensive Group Accounting Manual (e.g., IP delivery).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Produce process maps, SOPs, and checklists<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Deploy and maintain the Accounting \/ Consolidation Core Model<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Harmonize practices across entities<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support definition of new roles, process and responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Pilot and test the new processes in selected entities for Finance Tools<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Oversee test cycles \/ UAT related to R2R activities on new tool deployment (RPA, AI, ect..)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support subsidiaries during rollout\u2019s<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Train local finance teams on new process<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Monitor closing KPIs (D+1, D+2, D+3, etc.) and dailies, Group calendar preparations<\/p>\n

Operational Financial Deployment<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support Preparation of the future Group\u2019s developments (new entities, new geographies, new scopes)<\/p>\n

Audit Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Act as PMO of the annual audit process<\/p>\n

Continuous Improvement & Center of Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Establish an escalation mechanism of monthly close\/process issues<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Track recurring bottlenecks and issues and propose solutions to tackle them<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Adjust process based on feedback from entities (Monthly REX)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Contribute to deployment of Finance Tools<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n

Education and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.<\/li>\n
  • 15-year + Experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed or technology-driven environment is a plus.<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience in group accounting and consolidation in an international, multi-entity environment.<\/li>\n
    • Deep knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of digital finance transformation, including ERP and consolidation tools.<\/li>\n
    • Expertise in complex accounting transactions and audit processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
