You will report to the Head of Energy Sourcing &amp; Market Intelligence within the Strategy\u00a0 department.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will be responsible for<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish long-term relationships with key suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct RFI\/RFP based on Data4\u201ds requirements<\/li>\n<li>setting up and managing energy supply contracts,<\/li>\n<li>supporting the long-term hedging strategy through the signature of PPA,<\/li>\n<li>supporting the short-term strategy by scrutinizing the forward market and advising on when to take position,<\/li>\n<li>managing complementary services contracts in the countries where needed (such as balancing services, demand management services, adjustment services, capacity contracts, \u2026) ,<\/li>\n<li>find innovative solutions to comply with 24\/7 carbon free requirements from key customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As part of your role, you may be tasked to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>monitor the energy market across Europe,<\/li>\n<li>further dig into specific subjects related to energy production or storage (BESS, CHP, SMR, Hydrogen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, you will also<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>liaise with Country directors, and their Finance &amp; Operation team to update them of the execution of the defined supply &amp; hedging strategy<\/li>\n<li>possibly support the sales team in their discussions with customers and prospects<\/li>\n<li>possibly support Data4 Communication strategy through the creation of blogs and \/ or the participation to conferences<\/li>\n<li>consolidate all costs related to energy in all countries in order to invoice customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>MAIN ACTIVITIES<\/h2>\n<p>You will<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>monitor and extrapolate Data4 consumption across countries &amp; campuses<\/li>\n<li>keep track of our positions on the electron (short &amp; long terms) and on Guarantees of origin<\/li>\n<li>estimate end-to-end retail price in each geography for the coming months \/ year<\/li>\n<li>maintain a dashboard providing all above information<\/li>\n<li>suggest positions to take<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will also<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage &amp; Amend supply and balancing contracts<\/li>\n<li>Drive Requests for Quotation to challenge our suppliers and obtain the best possible propositions in the interest of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Requests for Quotation to sign PPAs and maintain a high level of hedging .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You might also conduct specific long-term ad hoc projects to anticipate and address upcoming challenges<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Education and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate of business or engineering school<\/li>\n<li>You have 3 years&#8217; experience in a similar role as energy sourcing manager in more than one country<\/li>\n<li>You have at least signed one PPA and have experience in contractual negotiations of long form contracts, working closely with Consulting companies and lawyer firms.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: minimum level of French and professional English.
