Working closely with Operations teams, VCM, and the Group Procurement Manager, they coordinate and oversee the performance of critical OEM suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>They also support the Operations Quality Manager in achieving quality objectives related to the technical performance of critical OEMs, in line with DATA4 policies.<\/p>\n<p>The Operations Contract Manager manages performance indicators and contributes to defining the maintenance strategy together with the Operations teams. The Operations Contract Manager reports directly to the OPS Director.<\/p>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Implementation of the OEM Maintenance Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and roll out the OEM maintenance policy in line with the Group strategy<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise critical OEM suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure performance execution aligns with Group strategy, in collaboration with Data4 Facility Managers, the VCM team, and the Group Procurement Manager<\/li>\n<li>Support the planning of critical maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor technical performance indicators and assess service quality<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the technical resources required to achieve quality objectives and propose continuous improvement plans, as well as preventive and corrective actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OEM Quality and Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor performance indicators and contract execution quality<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual contract performance reviews with suppliers, in collaboration with the Group Procurement Manager<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the ongoing evaluation of OEMs regarding health and safety at work, in collaboration with the Italy HSE Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application of Certification Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, together with suppliers, the documentation required for mandatory DATA4 certifications (ISAE, PCI-DSS, ISO, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost and Process Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze contract-related budgets and propose optimization actions<\/li>\n<li>Identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising service quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anticipate and manage risks related to suppliers and contractual non-compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure continuity of critical services in the event of OEM issues<\/li>\n<li>Define and maintain emergency plans and crisis management processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Feedback Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect operational feedback by OEM and equipment type<\/li>\n<li>Share operational feedback with the Group Procurement Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Participate in strategic meetings to ensure alignment between Operations and Construction<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to defining policies on critical equipment obsolescence and critical spare parts management, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H&amp;S:\u00a0Respect and enforce health and safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Environment:\u00a0Respect and enforce environmental policies.<\/li>\n<li>Information security:\u00a0Respect and enforce information security policies<\/li>\n<li>Energy:\u00a0Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Education and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in environments where service continuity is critical<\/li>\n<li>Technical skills suitable for managing multiple operational areas<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of the English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, IT networks, physical security, and surveillance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage long-term relationships with suppliers and service providers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate and manage root cause analyses in the event of incidents<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand customer needs and constraints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioral skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Versatility and open-mindedness<\/li>\n<li>Strong and efficient reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with strategic clients<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of rigor and method<\/li>\n<li>Strong team spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/257?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[552],"job-types":[423],"class_list":{"0":"post-35416","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","6":"job-type-permanent-contract"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
