You will be based in Paris, Milan or Madrid and will collaborate on European level with our teams.<\/p>\n<p>As a QA QC Lead, you\u2019ll be working within the Technical Department, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you will be responsible for defining and leading the Quality Control strategy from design, construction, and delivery of Data Center projects. This is an excellent opportunity for technical profiles looking forward to defining and implementing processes from scratch, contributing to the creation of sustainable data centers, working in a highly international environment and assembling a brand new QA&amp;QC team around them.<\/p>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<p>The responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, oversee, and maintain Data 4&#8217;s Quality Management Plan and procedures based on standard project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain Data 4&#8217;s Quality Management Plan and Project Execution Plan (or Project Management Plan) template for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the D&amp;C (Design and Construction) department&#8217;s key process.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the project quality audit in accordance with the contractor&#8217;s Quality Management Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the management team by providing resources and collaborating to implement streamlined and compliant processes.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Create, lead and manage a team of two to three regional QA&amp;QC managers who will support project managers on their projects.<\/li>\n<li>Act as Data4&#8217;s representative to the end client, explaining Data4&#8217;s policy, listening to client requests, and integrating them into the continuous improvement process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?<\/h2>\n<h3>Education and experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s degree engineering with at least 10 years of technical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in industry, oil &amp; gas, data centers or construction companies is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent all-round knowledge of electrical, mechanical and control aspects with a keen and in-depth understanding of the technical design of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in an international environment is a big asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0Technical skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Sense of confidentiality, integrity, and ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive in proposing ideas<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0Soft skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Attitude and interpersonal skills aligned with sustainable development issues<\/li>\n<li>Sense of confidentiality, integrity, and ethics<\/li>\n<li>Highly disciplined, organized, and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Good listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Good teacher and communicator<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and persuasive<\/li>\n<li>Good stress resistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/142?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[423],"class_list":{"0":"post-32076","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-expired","4":"hentry","6":"job-type-permanent-contract"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control (QA\/QC) Lead - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=32076\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control (QA\/QC) Lead - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a driven and energetic Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control Lead.
