He is responsible for full sales-cycles, namely prospecting, thought leadership within a team of services solution specialists, solution proposing, negotiating, responding to sales enquiries, developing qualified leads through targeted outbound calling and event attendance as well as closing business with clients with complex and mission critical services offerings<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sourcing of transactions on a direct-to-customer basis and brokerage channels.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing of transactions through industry-specific channels such as telecom, software, or system integrators.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively contact and query the prime corporate candidates for DATA4 solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Grow existing Brokerage partnerships from lead sharing to pipeline to opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Regular interaction and development of alternate channels of sourcing through industry-specific means.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly articulate value propositions of DATA4 products and services and clearly differentiate DATA4 product offerings from competitor\u2019s offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Development of all proposals, the associated preparation and presentation of corporate literature.<\/li>\n<li>Development and presentation of initial presentations to prospects clearly indicating the corporate value propositions and solution sets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a market\/country strategy plan. Provide specific market feedback into product development cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation of proposal, business terms and conditions directly with customers under parameters provided by management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly present deal business terms and operational considerations to corporate management.<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting and forecasting of sales activities to management. Manage and update on the CRM solution Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities per management guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Attend major industry trade shows and functions as determined by management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and present basic engineering principles in relation to power and cooling.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and present with the vernacular of real estate and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all facets of the customer experience including interactions between customers, sales engineering, operations, Sales Directors, chief engineers and datacenter engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work within a high-paced sales team;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with external customers in a professional and clear manner;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create presentations, bid responses;<\/li>\n<li>Well organised and able to maintain data entry and reporting activity of for CRM<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.<\/li>\n<li>Competent Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create, format and proof proposals, presentations and other customer facing documentation as a formal work product that is indicative of the professionalism of Data4 Group.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in French and English.
