Fit Out) Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h2>\n<p>The H&amp;S Manager acts as RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione dei rischi) as defined by Italian law.<br \/>\nThey are responsible for implementing the group&#8217;s H&amp;S &#8222;OPS &amp; Fit Out&#8220; program in Italy, working closely with all stakeholders: Data4 staff (especially Operations and Fit Out teams), contractors, clients, etc., in compliance with all applicable regulations and as part of a continuous improvement approach.<\/p>\n<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<h3>Strategy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the review of the H&amp;S policy<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and review of the annual H&amp;S program<\/li>\n<li>Define and lead the organizational structure (H&amp;S committee, meetings, processes, KPIs, etc.) for deploying the H&amp;S program<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the H&amp;S Manager &#8222;Construction&#8220; Italy on interface topics between Construction, Fit Out, and OPS, as well as H&amp;S awareness initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Work with H&amp;S peers in other countries to improve processes and define best practices<\/li>\n<li>Report to the Group H&amp;S Manager on implementation status and escalate any difficulties to jointly define solutions<\/li>\n<li>Identify risk factors, assess risks, and implement health and safety measures in compliance with legislation<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Propose and organize training and information programs for employees<\/li>\n<li>Participate in H&amp;S consultations and annual reviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide employees with clear information on:<\/li>\n<li>General health and safety risks<\/li>\n<li>Emergency procedures (first aid, fire, evacuation)<\/li>\n<li>Designated emergency personnel<\/li>\n<li>RSPP staff and occupational doctor<\/li>\n<li>Specific risks and corresponding prevention rules<\/li>\n<li>Hazards from dangerous substances (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Prevention and protection actions implemented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>On-site Activities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct H&amp;S audits and log findings in JIRA<\/li>\n<li>Ensure risk analyses for High-Risk Activities (HRA) are completed and that related measures are integrated into MOPs<\/li>\n<li>Assign green\/yellow\/red safety cards as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for incidents and near-misses<\/li>\n<li>Oversee H&amp;S action plans and track via JIRA<\/li>\n<li>Define and implement H&amp;S awareness actions and tools<\/li>\n<li>Create H&amp;S procedures, instructions, posters, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Propose and manage appropriate PPE for Data4 employees<\/li>\n<li>Lead evacuation drill planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the update of the Fire Safety Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Administrative Tasks:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain awareness of H&amp;S legal updates<\/li>\n<li>Update regulatory documents and those required by the Integrated Management System (IMS), e.g., Risk Assessment Document, Prevention Plans<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ISO 45001 compliance across countries where the group operates<\/li>\n<li>Maintain H&amp;S dashboards and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Manage the H&amp;S document database to ensure proper organization and accessibility<\/li>\n<li>Propose training actions for Data4 teams<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the improvement of H&amp;S tools<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the annual H&amp;S budget planning<\/li>\n<li>Manage OPEX and CAPEX files related to H&amp;S initiatives (quotes, purchase orders, invoice tracking, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the H&amp;S point of contact for safety committees, labor inspectors, and official\/legal entities<\/li>\n<li>Represent and defend Data4\u2019s H&amp;S positions with clients and contractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>H&amp;S:\u00a0Respect and enforce health and safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Environment:\u00a0Respect and enforce environmental policies.<\/li>\n<li>Information security:\u00a0Respect and enforce information security policies<\/li>\n<li>Energy:\u00a0Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<h3>Education &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma (minimum) plus certified completion of training courses on workplace risks and safety, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Risk prevention<\/li>\n<li>Ergonomics and stress<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and technical-administrative management<\/li>\n<li>Communication and trade union relations<br \/>\nOR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience in one of the above H&amp;S roles for at least six months before August 13, 2003, along with appropriate training<br \/>\nOR<\/li>\n<li>A degree in one of the following fields: L7, L8, L9, L17, L23 or a Master\u2019s in LM26, or an equivalent recognized qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience required<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in operational H&amp;S management on technical sites involving construction, industrial building management, contractors, and client operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Technical Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to understand and implement labor law and H&amp;S best practices (e.g., INRS)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience with ISO 45001<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with continuous improvement tools: FMEA, 5M, Root Cause Trees, PDCA<\/li>\n<li>H&amp;S audit experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project participation and methodology<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>General Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong operational H&amp;S culture<\/li>\n<li>Integrity, confidentiality, and ethics<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/194?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-33088","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>H&amp;S Manager (Operations &amp;
