Your responsibilities include searching job boards, social media and other sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and participating in the recruitment of future employees. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill or high-volume positions using various sourcing techniques such as: market research \/ mapping, job boards, social media, networking events, referral programs and other channels,<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a network of talent for future openings,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain candidate databases (Applicant Tracking System),<\/li>\n<li>Identify future hiring needs, co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy and proactively source potential hires,<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of metrics such as conversion rates,<\/li>\n<li>Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and interest in the position,<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to identify each position\u2019s requirements,<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with active and passive candidates regarding new job opportunities,<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, country laws, rules, and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Promote the employer brand<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<h3>Education and experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment for a search firm or in-house recruiting team<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (candidate management systems)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively<\/li>\n<li>Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets<\/li>\n<li>Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and French, other European language is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Behavioral skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Autonomy<\/li>\n<li>Strong networking abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/101?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":1,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-29010","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-expired","4":"hentry","6":"job_position_filled"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Talent Sourcer \/ Recruiter - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/de\/?post_type=job_listing&p=29010\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"de_DE\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Talent Sourcer \/ Recruiter - DATA4 - Smart Data Centers at Scale\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent Sourcer \/ Recruiter, you are responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company\u2019s current and future recruitment needs to support Data4\u2019s growth across Europe.
