{"id":28100,"date":"2024-01-18T15:07:51","date_gmt":"2024-01-18T14:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=28100"},"modified":"2024-06-01T00:04:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T22:04:00","slug":"senior-accountant","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.data4group.com\/de\/?post_type=job_listing&p=28100","title":{"rendered":"Senior Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<h3>Accounting of Luxembourg entities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize, manage and hold responsibility for the bookkeeping of the accounts in Lux GaaP (suppliers, customers, payroll, Income, Opex, Capex etc \u2026) in the accounting system of all Lux companies<\/li>\n<li>Validate spending commitments and execute payments<\/li>\n<li>Prepare intragroup invoicing (management fees)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the intragroup loans interest calculation<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the intragroup reconciliation process<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to prepare the consolidation reporting package of all Lux companies<\/li>\n<li>Execute accurate customer invoicing and the related cash collection<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for VAT returns. Coordinate with CPA CIT returns and specific tax returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Financial control of the Luxembourg entities in close interaction with local operational divisions (sales, operations, construction)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly monitoring of budget execution (Revenues, COGS, Opex, CAPEX)<\/li>\n<li>Execution of budgetary processes (annual budget, quarterly reforecast, Business Plan)<\/li>\n<li>Monthly production of performance analysis, dashboards and activity report<\/li>\n<li>Active contribution to the optimization of the use of the accounting software, and participation in the automation of the production of dashboards (see previous point)<\/li>\n<li>Production of monthly cash flow projections<\/li>\n<li>Initiatives to optimize cashflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>General Administration of Luxembourg entities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying out analysis and ad-hoc studies, in particular in support of sales management (customer profitability, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Organization of workflows and corporate governance processes (validation, monitoring, control)<\/li>\n<li>Establishment and control of payroll management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Cash management of the Lux companies : relation with the local bank according to the group policy, payments, cash forecast, cash collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compliance, process, tools<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Key user of the accounting tools (Sage, Youz, Kyriba, Cleemy)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for applying D4 group process and especially SOX process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with the chartered accountants, the external auditors and the Group consolidation team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<h3>Education and experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master Degree in Business Administration (Business School or University)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting in Lux GaaP<\/li>\n<li>Further experience in Financial controlling would be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of consolidation processes and IFRS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organized and structured to manage quantitative interactions with multiple interlocutors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid accounting background<\/li>\n<li>Proficient analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good command of Excel and Powerpoint<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English , both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in French would be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Rigor, accuracy, and sincerity<\/li>\n<li>Independent judgement skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work in autonomy and with a sense of responsibility and ownership<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills, easy contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_application":"https:\/\/data4.bamboohr.com\/careers\/82?source=aWQ9MTg%3D","_filled":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[558],"job-types":[519],"class_list":{"0":"post-28100","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-expired","4":"hentry","6":"job-type-permanent-contract"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
