ABOUT THE ROLE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Reporting to the Regional Security Manager, the Security Manager will manage the physical security in our Italy data centers.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You will be responsible for managing physical security in our Campuses, implementation of Data4 global policies, definition of local procedures and the overall operation of the Security.<\/p>\n

You will perform risk assessments of the scoped sites, proposing the best security measures to mitigate existing risks.<\/p>\n

You will measure the performance and report KPIs.<\/p>\n

You will contribute to the Security Awareness program and you will delivery Security Inductions to new joiners.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible to coordinate the Security Guards shifts and keep them trained in policies, procedures and tools.<\/p>\n

You will provide evidences and support in Security audits.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Education and experience<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Security related studies and\/or 5 years of equivalent experience working in a critical or strategic infrastructure environment (Military, Private Security)<\/li>\n
  • Experience performing Access Control, Video surveillance, patrolling.<\/li>\n
  • Experience developing security plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Technical skills<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Knowledge of Italian\u2019s Private Security and Critical Infrastructure related laws.<\/li>\n
    • Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Risk Management<\/li>\n
      • Genetec suite operation<\/li>\n
      • Familiarized with physical security aspects in ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Soft skills<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Fluent English and Italian languages, both writing and speaking.<\/li>\n
        • Assertive with clients and collaborators.<\/li>\n
